FREE DELIVERY

Jovial Floral offers FREE island-wide to all products

purchased through our website except for the following locations:

Hospital, Tuas, Penjuru ,Jurong Island Army/Police Camps Airline Road06. Sentosa

Jovial Floral will do its utmost to meet its customer’s delivery requests, but reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the amount to the customer in the event of invalid delivery location.

Note that our delivery person will only wait a maximum of 5 mins at the delivery location.

Flowers can be arranged to be left at the doorstep/reception.

Should this option be chosen, we will not be liable for

any losses or damage to the flowers from that point onward

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

Kindly ensure recipient or representative is present at delivery address during stipulated date and time.

Jovial Floral is not responsible for late/failed delivery if:

 Incorrect/incomplete address is given Intended recipient not present No valid means of contact Delivery vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security

Alternatively, you can arrange for self collection of the flowers on the following day at

RE-DELIVERY

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons, customers can request for a re-delivery with a re-delivery charge of $10. 

Customers need to contact 91877987 to request for the re-delivery.

 Re-delivery timing is subjected to Jovial Floral’s scheduling.

CHANGE IN DELIVERY DETAILS

Customers who wish to amend delivery details have to WhatsApp or call in to 91877987 and our Customer Service team will tend to your request during our working hours. Customers should notify Jovial Floral of the changes before the following

cut-off timing or else it will be subjected to the re-delivery fee of $10.

 As our delivery timings are set within time-slots and follow a carefully planned route, any specific request for a shorter time range (reduced to 60 minutes max.) will be liable for a $25 express delivery charge. Jovial Floral reserves the right to reject express delivery requests if we cannot fulfil the order.

-For delivery between 9am-6pm: Cut-off timing at 11am on the day itself.

-For delivery on Sunday 9am - 6pm: Cut-off timing at 10pm the day before

ORDERING POLICY

NEXT-DAY ORDERING

All flowers will be available for next-day ordering unless stated otherwise.

Cut-off timing for next-day Morning Slots orders is at 10:00PM.

FREE SAME-DAY ORDERING

All flowers will be available for same-day ordering unless stated otherwise.

Cut-off timing for same-day afternoon slots is at 12:00pm on the ordering day itself.​

*Kindly note time-slots are first-come-first-serve basis.

Dates will be greyed out when orders are fully booked.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

REFUNDS

For orders made through our website, refunds will be processed through our secure payment provider.The refunds will be reflected in your next bank statement or 2 weeks later.If you feel you have received a refund in error, or have not yet received your refund after 2 weeks, kindly contact customer service at jovialfloral@gmail.com or drop us a Whatsapp at 91877987.

 For Bank Transfer transactions, do contact us or drop us a

whatsapp at 91877987 and we will attend to your enquiries.

CANCELLATIONS

 To make a cancellation, kindly call in or Whatsapp 91877987 to our customer service

 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance, anything lesser than that will be subjected to only a 50% refund as flowers are perishable items.

SEASONAL AVAILABILITY OF FLOWERS

Here at Jovial Floral we strive to ensure your flower bouquet  are always fresh, beautiful and consistent with your order. However, seasonal differences will affect the

availability of flowers, size and shape of each bloom.

Should the main bloom or fillers of a product be no longer available, we will work out a

suitable substitution/replacement.

We will only substitute with flowers of a similar or superior look/feel and value.

Filler flowers are what give the bouquet body and volume, but are similarly subjected to the season.

We will do our utmost to preserve the same style and aesthetic as the original.

PAYMENT

ONLINE

We accept all major online payment such as Paynow! , PayLah! , Google Pay.

Online payments are processed using our secure payment provider, Stripe. Stripe is a market leader in the online payment space, and ensures fast, safe and secure payments.

Coupled with our site’s SSL certificate, you are ensured a safe, encrypted link between you and our secure payment provider.

WHATSAPP (91877987)

Customers who order through Whatsapp will be sent an invoice for their order via email.

Upon receiving an invoice, customers may choose to pay by Paynow!, or by bank transfer.

Should you choose to bank transfer, kindly screenshot a copy of the receipt and

Whatsapp us as proof of your transaction.

Class Policy / Cancellation

Do note that store credits and refunds will only be provided for cancellations made 48 hours in advance. There will be no refunds or store credits provided for last-minute cancellations.

All bookings should be made at least 5 days in advance.

Please do not attend our class if you feel unwell. We can arrangement for a replacement class.
